1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Zassa mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Zassa is a community platform that allows users to catalog their puzzle collections, connect with other puzzle enthusiasts, and arrange puzzle swaps. Zassa facilitates connections between users but is not a party to any swap transaction.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App respectfully and lawfully. You may not: post misleading information about puzzles, harass or abuse other users, use the platform for commercial resale, attempt to circumvent safety features, or upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
5. Swaps & Transactions
Zassa provides tools to facilitate puzzle swaps between users. All swaps are conducted at the sole risk of the participating users. Zassa does not guarantee the condition, completeness, or quality of any puzzle. Users are encouraged to communicate clearly and use the rating system to build trust.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, reviews). By posting content, you grant Zassa a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zassa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between users, lost or damaged puzzles during swaps, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
